Shipping Policy:

"Ready to Ship" Unit/Wig - will ship the following business day after your payment is processed.  Please expect 3-5 business days* for delivery.

Pre- Order Unit/Wigs, Custom Wigs, Frontal/ Closure and Bundles - Please allow 7-10 business days* for processing of your order and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery of your items.

Accessories- All accessories will ship together with your wig/bundles unless ordered alone. If your order is accessories ONLY it will ship the next business day.

Currently, Fedex and USPS is our preferred courier for shipping our orders. Shipping is typically 2-3 business days. Due to Covid-19, please keep in mind there may be some possible delays within our courier. We appreciate your understanding!!

*Business days are M-F 8-5PM and does not include holidays and weekends

Return/Refund Policy:

There are different return policies for certain items in our store please locate the item that you purchased and it’s return policy below.    

Bundles Return Policy:

It is our goal to provide quality products at an affordable price. Due to the nature of the products purchased, returns and exchanges will be handled at a case by case basis. Items must be returned unused, intact and in original condition within 7 business days.

Custom Units/Lace Units Return Policy:

All sales are final, due to the nature of this service. You will be provided with photos of your unit prior to shipping. If by chance, you are not satisfied with the outcome, changes can be made prior to shipping. 

Refund:

If you change your mind at any time prior to the processing of your order a refund request will be honored. However, once your order is in processing status or shipped, no refunds will be honored.

What form of Payments do you accept?

Stylistic Oasis accepts all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Pay in 4 options (Affirm, Klarna, Shop Pay).

How often should I wash my hair? 

Usually the longer you go without washing your hair the flow of the hair changes. What we mean is the hair may not move or bounce as much as it would when clean and free of buildup. 

We suggest you wash or co wash your hair at least once a week. However, you can wash whenever you like or feel the hair is not in its “bouncy state”. 

Why do I have to fill out a payment authorization form?

A payment authorization form link will be automatically emailed to after you complete your order. The authorization is to protect the merchant and the customer from any fraudulent activities.
